Workday

Third week at Grandads in a row. He let me know right away this was a work day.
First we went next door and looked at rotten window sills with Chuckie. Every other word out of his mouth is foul. I needed my ear muffs for this job.
Then we went down to visit Dad, he let me drive the lull.
After that I had lunch with " the men"
When we got back, it was raining so Grandad made me clean his garage with the backhoe Aunt Lorraine dropped off.
After a quick nap it was right back to work. My machine had all it could do to move the big mushrooms in the front yard.

And finally all day long Grandad kept yakking about all the liberals have forgotten about 9/11, he made me promise to tell everyone to never forget. He said it could have been me up in a plane minding my own business, and some wack job from the middle east pulls a stunt like that.
Sorry Grandad was breathing down my neck as I write
Love Jack
PS. A little disappointed in all you lurkers. I had a dozen tee shirts made and nobody has a guess. Come on

  2. Wow, what a cool machine you have there Jack. My grandkids never had one of those and I know they will be jealous. Will you share? I love mushrooms but that one looks a little scary. Do I see eyes on that thing?

  3. Jack, child labor laws will protect you from too much work. If you get tired just call 411. They will get you in touch with a lawyer who will make sure Grandad doesn't work you too hard.

I hope you have chocolate cake on your birthday. It shows up better in pictures. I hope your 1st year has been great and that next year is better.

    Love Lorraine
