Merry Christmas 2010

Merry Christmas to all of our blog followers.

In the Christmas spirit, I don't want to hear any comments on the Jim Ignatkowski hairdo. Ryan and I had a good Christmas. We spent it all over the place.
First with Cole and Blade.

Then we saw Ashley, she was preoccupied on the phone though.

I got a new four wheeler and a bike plus a lot of stuff not pictured. Mumba was supposed to get me pictures from her house, but as of publishing I have gotten none.
Ryan enjoyed all of his gifts too, all he really needed was an endless supply of bibs.
He has more liquid than a firetruck.

But he did very good for his first Christmas.
I don't see any sugarplums dancing, Maybe he's too tired.
Love Jack and Ryan.
Happy New Year

Red Sox Signing

Hi everybody, just a quick post about the Red Sox before we get into the Christmas Season.
What does everybody think of the new signings. It makes me want to practice my base running skills.
Jenks, Wheeler, Crawford and Gonzalez. Now all they need is me and Ryan.
Don't make any comments about Ryan looking like Don Zimmer in this picture, it makes Mom mad. Here's a little baseball tribute.
We will post for Christmas so stayed tuned.

Cartoons at Grandads

Hi all. Been a busy week. Lots to do in the fall.

First we folded laundry.
Then we had to take a bath.

Then we got to go to Edaville Railroad and ride the trains.

Then we stopped at Grandads to relax and watch some tv. As all of you know how cheap he is, there's no cable. So when Ryan and I wanted to watch cartoons this is what we got. If anyone knows what this is all about please explain it to us.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Don't eat to much
Thanks for reading, see you next week.
Love
Jack and Ryan

New Swing Set

Hi everyone,
Just a quick thank you to Grammie for our new swing set. Also thanks to Dad and Grampy for putting it together.

We will get better pictures in the weeks to come, Dad was to lazy to get the good camera to capture the whole swing set. It has a climbing wall, a slide and a little cabin way up high.
This is our new basement where we have to go when we want to make a mess. It has plenty of room for us to drive around and bang into stuff.
It also has plenty of space to have our other toys.
See ya, Jack and Ryan
Thanks again Grammy, Dad, and Grampy

Update: Here is the whole swing set.

Happy Veterans Day 2010

Happy Veterans day to all those who served. My Great Grandfather "Papa", passed away a couple of weeks ago. He served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. Here's a picture with my Dad on the JFK aircraft carrier.
Here is another one when he first went into the service. He was proud of his time in the military and we are proud of him.

On a lighter note, here is one of Grandad's favorite characters, Red Skelton doing the pledge of allegiance.

Post election blues

Has anybody seen Grandad?

I stopped by today, Wednesday, day after the election to console him. The house was empty and the gun cabinets were open, and empty.
The the fire was blazing away like he was coming back.

There was a note,
Dear Jack and Ryan,
"I moved to a free state, see you later.
Get out of this state as soon as you can!!

I am working on my manifesto.
I will talk to you when I am done writing it."

The rest I wouldn't feel comfortable putting on the blog. If anyone sees him, tell him we need chocolate donuts on Sunday.

See ya Jack

GO VOTE

Hi everybody, been awhile. I haven't been able to get to Grandads for awhile to upload my posts. So I am going to add all into one.
Don't think for a minute we are sitting around doing nothing. First of all, whats your feedback on me letting Ryan have a piece of the blog? He has been bugging me since he hacked in to it. Lets just say he will not being doing that again.
We went to a bike event a couple of weeks ago to benefit Marine Gunnery Sgt. Elia P. Fontecchio, who died in Operation Iraqi Freedom. It was a cool seeing all the motorcycles, and I think Grandad enjoyed all the "biker chicks".

The moving part of it was when the honor guard came down the street followed by two bagpipers. The place went silent, except of course the motorcycles.
Nice job Mary!

The time is nearing for my man Charlie, I hope you all remember to vote. Those of you that are voting for Charlie, you can go to your local polling station on Tuesday. Those of you that are voting for someone else, you can go to your polling station on Wednesday, go early to miss the crowds.
Here.s a link to my endorsement blog if anyone wants a good reason to vote for him
Oh, is that Mumba's car with a Charlie sign? Nice job Mumba!

Finally have a good Halloween. Grandad wants me to wear this.
Thats it

Coup d'état

Hi, this is Ryan, Jacks' little brother. I am taking over this blog because Jack has been negligent in keeping all you folks informed on our lives
The first bit of news is that my Dad's cousin Heidi got married to Wayne this weekend.

I can't wait to see the expression on Jacks face when he finds out I hacked into his blog.

Hope you will all tune back in to see who posts the next one.
Love Ryan

Gnomes and Fairies

Hi everybody, I had the craziest dream last week.
I met a gnome, I know, you think I read too many books.
So, he invites me into his home, and in his backyard was a couple of fairies. The gnome and the fairies took me for a long walk out into the woods to a big lake. They told me I could go swimming, so off I went, into the water. It was crystal clear.

When I turned around my Mom and Ryan were there.
And then my Dad snuck up behind me in the water and scared me half to death.
Then Auntie Ashley was taking me to the dock way far out over my head.
And Grammie was there and we went for a walk on the beach.
And Grandad was there to warm me up after my swim.
The whole time I was dreaming I could hear Ryan laughing in the background.
I guess he knew we had company.

Then I woke up and Aunt Inky came by to visit Ryan and me.

Boy, it all seemed so real. I better stop having chocolate after dinner time.
See you all next time.
Love Jack
